Refund Policy

At PT Brain Busters, we strive to deliver high-quality physiotherapy education. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if:

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You submit your request within the refund period
  • Your payment was successfully processed via Stripe

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • If access was shared with others or our system detects multiple users on one account
  • If the user violates our Terms and Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at ptbrainbusters@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for your refund request

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it via Stripe to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Stripe Service Fees

Refunds are processed for the full purchase amount. However, any Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by Stripe or your bank.

6. Course Access After Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately revoked, and your account may be restricted from enrolling again in the same course without approval.
